허정환 학생이 2007년 3달 방문하여 얻은 실험결과를 바탕으로 ZnO tetrapod에 대해 논문을 쓴 결과로 참 효율적으로 진행된 실험과 결과입니다. 김상태 박사님과의 협력연구 결과로 얻었으며 김상태 박사님과 허정환 학생의 노력에 의해 Appl. Phys. Lett. 에 accept 될 수 있었습니다^^ 아무튼 좋은 예가 되는 것 같아 참 좋습니다. 참 좋은 소식입니다.
