화공과 하정숙 교수님방의 김준성씨와 윤장열씨 주도로 진행된 연구입니다. 다양하게 시도된 SAM 처리가 Al2O3 박막 성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그렇게 성장된 Al2O3 박막이 SWCNT 소자 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구한 논문입니다. 당시, Pt/Al2O3/Si의 MIS 구조에서의 capacitance 측정 및 분석과 소자구조에서의 간단한 Electrostatic 시뮬레이션을 도와주었던 것이 좋은 결과로 나온 것 같습니다. 축하합니다~
