Abstract:
A simple maskless photolithography system employing an optical microscope, a motorized stage and a beam blanker is proposed. Based on a pattern design, the motorized stage shifts a resist-coated substrate exposed by a focused beam under a microscope. Micro-scale patterns are easily defined on a single nanowire without using a mask validating the application applying to the research requiring frequent changes or free-style designs of micro-scale test patterns.

연구실에서 랩뷰 공모전에 참여하면서 시작했던 '현미경 리소그래피' 프로젝트가 논문으로 나오게 되었습니다. 같이 공모전에 참여했던 윤정이랑 준홍이, 공모전 준비할 때 열심히 도와 줬던 도영이랑 재우, 그리고 앞으로 현미경 리소그래피를 더욱 발전 시켜 나갈 현진이랑 재완이형... 모두들 고맙습니다. 논문을 제출하기까지 도와 주신 교수님께도 고맙습니다 ^^
