SWCNT와 polycarbonate를 섞어서 composite를 만들었습니다.
그리고 위 composite의 CNT와 polycarbonate의 농도를 조절하여,
전기전도성 및 thermal power를 측정했습니다.
그 결과, CNT의 농도가 증가함에 따라, 전기전도성이 증가하고, thermal power에는 큰 영향이 없었습니다.
그리고 thermoelectric module으로의 어플리케이션을 위하여 composite상태에서 p-type 과 n-type dopant를 넣어서 측정했습니다.
