Junctionless transistor (JLT)의 low-field mobility (mu0)를 기존의 Y-function method로 추출 했을 때,
channel 도핑 농도와 추출된 mu0의 error %의 상관관계를 정략적으로 분석해 보았습니다.
그리고 JLT의 bulk channel과 accumulation channel을 먼저 Vfb를 이용해 분리하고,
각각 channnel의 mobility 온도 경향을 통해, channel 수직방향에 따른 defect 분포에 대해서도 생각해 본 내용입니다.
