Welcome to the

Nanodev Laboratory

Researching low-dimensional transport properties is closely related with nanoelectronics or molecular electronics. Nowadays angstrom scale of electronic transport or ionic transport are under the highlighted owing to the needs for the consideration of atomic scale structure or electronic structures. From this point of view, 2D materials is a good crosspoint for the future electronic device or a good model system of low-dimensional transport mechanism. Together with the optoelectronic properties of organic light emitting diodes, we mainly focus on the transport properties of low dimensional materials or device properties for enlightening the future road of the devices. During the period of MS or PhD program, we hope to learn and get the insight of devices with the balanced experience and the theoretical background.

what we do

Research

We investigate electrical & device characteristics of 2D nanosheet in a structure of field effect transistor. The dynamic response of current or voltage, electrical fluctuation reflecting the nature of trap states remind us of the vivid happening of transport phenomena as electronic devices or sensors. Organic light emitting diodes is also our research topic especially of characterization & modeling of devices in a single or tandem structure.
